Internal Aftersales / Backoffice Global Service (m/f/d | 100%)
Your tasks: Operational Excellence & Structure Development
- Operational Backoffice: Creation and follow-up of offers for spare parts, service deployments, and projects
- Order Processing: Complete handling from order to invoicing and dunning
- Travel & Resource Planning: Support in coordinating worldwide service deployments, visa processing, and expense management
- ERP Development: You are the driving force in optimizing and structuring our processes within the ERP system
- Process Optimization: Analysis of existing workflows between backoffice, technical department, and logistics as well as introduction of standards to reduce manual activities
- Project Management: Independent management of smaller aftersales projects
Your profile - Technical understanding meets organizational talent
- We are looking for someone who "has the situation under control" and convinces through experience:
- Qualification: You are a Technical Salesman (FA), State-certified Technician (e.g., industrial engineering), Technical Business Administrator or have a comparable qualification
- Professional Experience: You bring solid experience in aftersales or technical internal service and are used to thinking in processes
- Leadership Potential: You have the necessary confidence to prospectively guide two colleagues professionally and build up the department structurally
- IT Affinity: You have a strong enthusiasm for ERP systems and know how to use them to make workflows more efficient
- Communication: Clear, factual communication in German and English (Global Service)
