Here you get involved
- Reception and administrative care of patients in the emergency admission and elective patient admission
- Recording and capturing patient data in the ERP system Navision
- Checking and clarifying insurance coverage with accident insurances and health insurance companies
- Ensuring correct and complete recording of patient data
- Coordination in collaboration with medical staff/triage
- Contact person for patients, relatives, and external parties regarding questions about emergency admission
- Performing administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and data protection guidelines
- Email correspondence and other administrative activities
You
- Completed commercial or medical training with comparable qualification
- Experience in healthcare, ideally in emergency admission or a similar function
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
- Structured and independent working style, even in stressful situations
- Good IT skills (MS Office advantageous)
- Team player and high flexibility regarding working hours Mon-Sun 05:30 – 23:30 including allowances
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
