Property Manager for Commercial Properties (m/f/d)

This is what you will do:
- You can expect an exciting workplace focused on commercial and retail spaces with a demanding and complex real estate portfolio consisting of office complexes, technical areas, retail stores, etc. for our client, who has various locations throughout Switzerland
- In this role, you are responsible for leasing, subletting, initial leasing, vacancy management, and all questions related to real estate from A to Z
- As a hub, you are also responsible for contract renewals, contract reviews, easement agreements, construction agreements, property inspections, dismantling work (vacating), participation in divestments, cost controls, and reporting
- You act as an advocate in contact with owners, landlords, tenants, FM service providers, and authorities
- You are motivated, organized, used to working independently, and ready to think outside the box
- You understand how to work together as a team to achieve the best for the client and for Wincasa
This is why you succeed:
- You already have many years of experience in managing commercial properties and want to expand your area of work content-wise as well as further develop your real estate knowledge to establish yourself as a consultant and sparring partner for a major client
- You work efficiently and solution-oriented and have a strong service mindset
- You have further trained as a property manager with a federal diploma
- You like to make decisions within the given guidelines and your area of competence
- You have a driver’s license, are mobile, and appreciate a varied task in which, as a service and organizational talent, you easily negotiate skillfully with many different interest groups and achieve good solutions
- Besides good numerical flair, networked and analytical thinking skills, you have good oral and written expression skills in German
