Tasks
As an intern in the HR Excellence & Digital Solutions team, you will support the core areas "Digital Solutions & HR Tools" as well as "HR Operations & Processes".
- Support in the analysis, optimization, and digitization of HR processes/services
- Collaboration on the further development of the HR portal (UKG)
- Participation in projects and taking on small subprojects (e.g., process outsourcing)
- Creation of process documentation, instructions, and conducting training sessions
- Advising employees and managers on operational HR topics
- Ensuring smooth HR service delivery
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Continuous process optimization to increase efficiency and quality
- Administrative support in HR operations tasks (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, time management, etc.)

Requirements
- Student or graduate of a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field
- Interest in HR processes, digitization, project management, and similar topics
- High IT affinity and interest in HR (systems)
- Analytical, structured, and reliable working style
- Team-oriented and independent personality
- High motivation, commitment, and initiative as well as willingness to contribute new ideas
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Initial HR knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
