Tasks
- Leiten der Produktion für den internen Laden im Küchenteam.
- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf.

Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch EFZ oder Bäcker/Konditor EFZ erforderlich.

About the job
The Kartause Ittingen is one of the leading seminar and cultural centers in Switzerland. Our guests have access to a hotel with 68 rooms, a restaurant and banquet area with around 1,000 seats, and 22 seminar rooms with up to 450 seats. In a unique historical setting, we offer an incomparable framework for a variety of social events.

This challenge is for you:
You are part of a kitchen team of around 25 people
Within this team, you lead the production for the internal shop
You support and accompany people with support needs in their daily work in the kitchen
You promote their independence in everyday work, strengthen existing skills, and teach new abilities
You document the care effort in writing and work closely with the agogic management
You pass on your knowledge to our apprentices and support them in their training
You actively participate in the design and preparation of a culinary high-quality and varied offer in all areas of the kitchen
As a passionate cook, you enjoy processing and integrating many products from our own production – from the estate farm, our own butcher's shop, cheese dairy, and nursery –
This is what you bring:
Completed training as a cook EFZ or baker / confectioner EFZ
Further training in the field of work agogics is an advantage; if not yet available, willingness to complete appropriate further training
Team player with joy in producing high-quality products for resale
