LECTURER / PART-TIME LECTURER for Thermodynamics and Hydromechanics 15%
The Advanced Technical School for Technology with the specializations Heating, Air Conditioning, Sanitary and Interior Design is a part-time continuing education program of the Zurich Construction Trade Vocational School and is aimed at planners with a federal certificate of competence in a building technology profession. After a total of 7 semesters with diverse lessons and independent project work, students receive the title "dipl. Technician HF" after passing the diploma exam. Our teaching staff are also active in practice and provide theoretically sound and practice-oriented teaching on a part-time basis.

Your tasks
Classes usually take place in the evening. You teach the subjects "Thermodynamics" and "Hydromechanics." The teaching load is 4 lessons per week in both the spring and autumn semesters. Additionally, you are involved in the preparation, execution, and correction of the diploma exam.

Your profile
You have successfully completed a technical university of applied sciences degree (FH), preferably in the HVAC field, a technician school (TS) or a higher technical school (HF), preferably in the HVAC field, or a comparable education and are preferably currently active in HVAC practice. In addition, you bring commitment and enthusiasm for teaching, for personal contact with young adults, as well as understanding of administrative processes. A didactic additional qualification such as SVEB is advantageous; otherwise, willingness to complete such training is required.
