Your new role
You mainly support the Head of Building Services in cleaning and maintaining the buildings, as well as controlling building technology and security systems and monitoring the building management system. You independently carry out small repairs and accompany external craftsmen during repair and conversion work. In the absence of the Head of Building Services, you act as their deputy and ensure smooth operations. With your service orientation and customer friendliness, you make an important contribution to the good image of the city administration. The operation of the police building must be guaranteed 24 hours a day. Therefore, occasional assignments on weekends or outside office hours are part of the job profile.
This position is for you if
- You already have experience in building maintenance and are willing to further your professional education.
- You have completed a craft apprenticeship, ideally in the field of electrical / heating, ventilation / sanitation.
- You have good PC user skills.
- You can build good relationships with various internal and external stakeholders with your high social competence and see yourself as a service provider.
- You have good German skills and a category B driving license.
