Job description
You manage technical security and building infrastructure projects, working on fire safety, physical security, access management, as well as on the operation and evolution of building infrastructures. You play a key role in coordinating stakeholders and structuring security processes.
🔥 Your responsibilities
Security & infrastructure project management:
Management of projects related to fire safety and occupational safety
Implementation and evolution of access control and physical security systems
Coordination of BMS / BEMS and BIM systems
Monitoring regulatory compliance and security standards
Change management:
Implementation of a security service desk
Process structuring and continuous improvement
Support for users and field teams
Mobility plan management:
Organization and optimization of access, parking, locker rooms
Management of flows and sensitive areas
🤝 Coordination & governance
Coordination of suppliers and service providers
Budget management and cost monitoring
Regular hierarchical reporting
Project governance (planning, risks, KPIs)
Building operations (multi-sites):
Premises maintenance and housekeeping
Building maintenance (excluding industrial technical installations)
Organization of moves and handling
🎯 Your profile
You have more than 5 years of experience in security / infrastructure project management
You are used to working in an industrial environment
You have strong skills in fire safety / physical security / access control / BMS - BEMS and BIM.
You are ideally certified PMP or Prince2.
You speak English
