What your everyday life looks like
- You are the case-leading nursing specialist primarily responsible for the nursing process in the clients' home environment
- Based on the assessment, you develop an individual care plan together with our clients and their relatives
- You perform basic and treatment care in complex situations, act accordingly, and set the right priorities
- You appropriately and result-oriented involve the clients' social environment in the care
- You contribute your expertise and experience for the benefit of our clients
- You work independently and are still part of a motivated team
- You document factually, comprehensibly, and completely using our electronic tools
- As the HF person responsible for the day, you accompany trainees and students
