The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. - You accompany and care for our residents with heart, expertise, and an eye for their individual needs.
- You take on daily responsibility and ensure that everything is well coordinated in everyday care.
- You keep the care documentation carefully and transparently.

- You bring in your ideas and support the further development of our care quality and processes.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and have experience in long-term care.
- You have experience in the application of RAI LTCT.
- You are a true team player and are committed to a supportive, trusting cooperation.
- You approach people with empathy, openness, and respect – and keep a clear head even in demanding situations.
- You work independently and solution-oriented, take responsibility, and act proactively.
