Your main tasks
- Taking over efficient and demanding planning, coordination, and scheduling of outpatient consultation appointments
- Written and oral correspondence with patients, referring doctors, hospitals, and interfaces at USZ
- Independent handling of various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Basic medical training (medical practice assistant or health specialist) or training in the medical/nursing field with corresponding commercial further education or training as a pharmaceutical assistant or pharmacy specialist
- Experience as a dispatcher in a hospital environment is an advantage
- Reliable, service-oriented, and team-capable personality with very good IT skills (MS Office, KISIM is an advantage)
