About the job
For the residents of the canton of Thurgau, a child and adult protection authority operates per district. To support the specialist secretariat of the KESB in the Münchwilen district, we are looking for you as a maternity cover starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- legal support for the authority members in child protection
- thorough decision preparation and drafting of decisions
- clarification of legal questions
- independent case processing
Your profile
- completed legal university degree (Licentiate, MLaw)
- ideally professional experience in child protection, judiciary, advocacy and/or administration
- good knowledge of personal and family law as well as procedural law
- confident written and oral expression
- independent, precise, solution-oriented and efficient working style
- affinity for interdisciplinary collaboration
- resilience and reliability
- empathy and skill in dealing with people in special life situations
