Your tasks

• You lead the radiology specialist staff together with management and shape the personnel, professional and organisational development in a cooperative and responsible manner.
• You actively contribute your perspectives and ideas and develop innovative, efficient and interdisciplinary processes together with management and the teams.
• You take responsibility in projects and change processes – especially within the framework of new structures, technologies and working methods.
• You foster an open leadership culture, strengthen team collaboration and promote employees in a targeted manner.
• You work independently with the medical staff and other professional groups and jointly shape a high-quality and patient-oriented service delivery.

Your profile

• You hold a diploma as a Radiology Specialist HF/FH and have solid professional experience in radiology.
• You enjoy leadership, take responsibility and ideally already have leadership experience or relevant further training.
• You think in a networked way, recognise potential for improvement and want to actively help shape processes and structures.
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively, can win people over to change and promote constructive collaboration.
• You bring initiative, decisiveness and organisational strength and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
