For 49 years, we have developed leading in-vitro diagnostic products (IVD) trusted by hospitals and private medical laboratories worldwide. We employ over 150 people, 140 of whom are in Schönenbuch.
To strengthen our team in the Global Supply Chain area, we are looking for a committed personality as Dispatch Specialist (m/f/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement.
In this operational role, you will process orders from our international customers and partners, coordinate the entire order processing including export, and ensure quality and order in order processing. You report directly to the Lead Manager Dispatch and are part of our Global Supply Chain division.
Your tasks – Your opportunity
- Processing incoming orders from our national and international customers – from entry to invoicing
- Preparation of shipping, customs, and freight documents including delivery notes
- Correspondence with customers
- Communication with transport companies and internal departments
- Deadline monitoring and proactive communication in case of deviations
- Management of customer master data (addresses, prices, discounts)
- Coordination and monitoring of transports domestically and abroad (land and air freight)
- Checking incoming transport invoices
- Processing returns, complaints, and special orders
- Participation in optimizing processes in shipping and order processing
Your profile – What you bring
- Completed commercial training (KV or commercial school)
- Experience in export business and customs formalities desirable
- Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central and customs clearance software Expowin is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and careful working style
- First experience in team coordination or desire to take on responsibility in the medium term is an advantage
- Enjoyment of coordination, organization, and customer contact
- Team spirit, resilience, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
