For our central accounting department in Winterthur, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
These are the tasks you will enjoy
- Personnel and professional leadership of a team with 4 employees
- Proper accounting according to OR and FER
- Monthly and annual financial statements OR and FER, including group reporting
- Ongoing development of employees and work processes
- Management of the general ledger according to Swiss Gaap FER as well as OR
- General ledger account maintenance and monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Preparation of closing entries (accruals, provisions, value adjustments)
- Handling of fixed asset accounting
- Management of the bank book, including accounting processing of cash collections at sales outlets
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Declaration and settlement of tax returns, fees, and charges
- Participation in projects
We look forward to this profile
- Commercial qualification as well as successfully completed further training as a financial and accounting specialist EFA or equivalent education
- Several years of practical professional experience in accounting
- Proficient use of SAP FI/CO, very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Responsible and trustworthy personality with high social competence, good communication skills, and analytical thinking ability
- Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic times as well as maintaining a service mindset and quality standards
- First leadership experience is an advantage
- Enjoy leading a small team, actively participating, motivating employees, supporting them professionally, and developing them further
