Co-Unit Manager - Unit for Supplementary Insured and Rehabilitation 80% - 100%
Unit B is divided into 2 levels. On the interdisciplinary unit level B7, primarily acute somatic, supplementary insured patients are treated and cared for. On level B6, Schwyz Hospital operates a unit for musculoskeletal as well as internal-oncological rehabilitation.
Your Challenge
- Together with the co-management, you lead the nursing team with about 40 employees as well as 3-5 nursing students HF / health professional apprentices.
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor the competent deployment of employees. You recruit new employees and support the staff.
- You organize the patient process in consultation with the doctors and specialists.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for the nursing unit's budget and the economically efficient use of resources.
- You value high nursing and training quality, a good working and learning climate, as well as high patient satisfaction. In your leadership work and at the patient’s bedside, you are a role model.
- In addition to your leadership role, you are also active in nursing.
Your Profile
- Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience as a certified nurse HF/FH. Initial leadership experience is an advantage but not a must.
- Your social competence is pronounced, and communication in leadership and nursing daily life is appropriate and clear.
- You have good work methodology and can organize your various tasks efficiently.
- You are open and flexible regarding changes and willing to actively support them.
- You are willing to work in a co-management leadership system and benefit from and complement each other.
