<p>In this responsible and connected role, you ensure the planning and coordination of operational procurement and sales processes. You maintain close communication with our producers and customers and ensure efficient coordination between production, purchasing, and sales. You monitor inventory levels, ensure the required product quality, and guarantee optimal product availability. Additionally, monitoring the gross margin is part of your responsibilities.</p><br><p>You are a communicative, customer-oriented, and assertive personality with a confident demeanor. You have completed basic training with appropriate further education (e.g., agricultural merchant, professional certificate, or bachelor's degree). You work solution-oriented, think in a networked way, and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders. For communication with our producers and customers from Western Switzerland, you possess good spoken French skills. </p><br><p></p><br><p>Inoverde brings the fruits, vegetables, and potatoes from over 1000 Swiss agricultural businesses to consumers.
