Your Tasks
- Holistic and needs-oriented care of patients (m/f/d)
- Proper implementation of medically prescribed measures
- Responsibility for care planning, implementation, and documentation
- Competent support and assistance during measures
- Administration of medications and measures
- Professional planning, organizing, and documenting of care
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or nurse (m/f/d)
- Proficient handling of clinic-specific IT systems
- High level of social competence and empathy in dealing with patients in need of care (m/f/d) and their relatives
- Willingness for further training and education
- Commitment, reliability, and flexibility
