Residential Area Management 80-100% (Dipl. Registered Nurse HF or Long-term Care HF)
The Rosengarten Laufental Senior Center offers a modern and family-like home to 130 residents. The senior center is located in a quiet area near the "Stedtli" with its urban amenities.

An exciting area of responsibility with opportunities for co-design, progressive employment conditions, and diverse training and further education opportunities await you. The position is to be filled from July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Ensuring professional and individual care of the residents in the residential group as well as guaranteeing a high quality of care in cooperation with clinical professional responsibility
- Leading a residential group with 30 residents and a team of about 20 employees and trainees
- Participating in direct care and taking over daily responsibility
- First contact person for concerns of residents, relatives, and external stakeholders (doctors, etc.)
- Conducting employee interviews and leading team meetings
- Project collaboration
- Independently managing electronic care documentation with RAISoft
Your profile
- Professional qualification as a certified registered nurse HF or long-term care HF
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
- Team player, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Independent working style, strong assertiveness, and pronounced social competence
- Communication and organizational skills
- Good IT skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Positive, motivated, and responsible personality
