Tasks
- Betreuung und Begleitung von Bewohner:innen mit Demenz.
- Umsetzung pflegerischer Maßnahmen im Alltag der Bewohner:innen.
- Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung und Unterstützung des Teams.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder gleichwertig.
- Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege oder Gerontopsychiatrie.
- Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen und gute Deutschkenntnisse.

The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. Health Specialist (FaGe) 60 – 100 %
Do you want to help shape the everyday life of our residents with heart and professional competence? Then we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for and accompany our residents with dementia sensitively and appreciatively in their home.
- You competently implement nursing measures and support the residents in the activities of daily living.
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues in everyday nursing.
- You observe changes in health status, pass on relevant information, and carefully document in the nursing process.
- You work in the early and late shifts until 9:15 p.m. and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care / gerontopsychiatry and enjoy working with elderly people.
- You have experience in the application of RAI LTCF.
- You are a team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility.
- You are confident in using IT systems and have good oral and written German skills.
