For our production team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a humorous, flexible, and motivated specialist bakery employee for the mid shift.

The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and day structures. The employees are guided at work by 150 specialists.
These are your versatile tasks
- Managing all bakery stations in the absence of the supervisor
- Independently managing all stations in the bakery
- Ensuring qualitative, quantitative, and timely production
- Willingness to work in various shifts (early, mid, late, and night shifts) including weekends
- Continuous control and monitoring of economic efficiency
- Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
- Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our employees in the protected environment during work execution
- Complying with and implementing hygiene guidelines
What you bring with you
- Experience as a baker - confectioner or cook
- First leadership experience desired
- Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
- You are an entrepreneurial-thinking and loyal person
- Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
- Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a strong sense of order and cleanliness
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable reputation
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
