Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the menu and suggest changes and/or new items
• Organization and management of the bar (setup, supply)
• Ensure smooth service for maximum customer satisfaction (welcome, service quality, organization, speed, accuracy...)
• Ensure cleanliness
• Guarantee the quality of service and products offered
• Manage billing and follow-up if necessary
• Welcome the customer and ensure their comfort
• Preparation and making of aperitifs, cocktails
• Ensure quick response to customer requests
• Participate in monitoring and controlling the bar's condition
• Know the menu, inform and advise customers
• Versatility: assist the restaurant team during service

Profile and experience:

• Graduate of a Hotel School
• CFC/CAP/BEP/BAC/BTS and/or bar specialization
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality
• You have an eco-responsible awareness
• You have good product knowledge
• Excellent presentation, characterized by your adaptability
• Your passion for service makes you a true enthusiast of your profession and your priority is to provide a unique and singular customer experience
• You enjoy passing on knowledge and training tomorrow's talents
• You are a team player, you like working with the bar and kitchen teams for smooth service
• Ambitious and dynamic, you want to help the House progress to achieve set ambitions
• Fluency in English is essential (as well as French - knowledge of another language is an asset)
• You are an organized, rigorous, flexible, open-minded and diplomatic person, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of hospitality and customer service, capable of taking initiatives. You know how to work in a team and also have a good sense of responsibility. You have good stress management skills, attention to detail, and are a good communicator
