About the job

Your tasks: 

Are you eager to actively shape the world of savings banks, cooperative banks, regional banks, or insurance companies? Our daily project work in banks and insurance is as diverse as our clients. What could await you in consulting with us – besides many other topics – for example:

• You are assigned to a regional bank and support it in strategic and operational topics of accounting, controlling, treasury, as well as in implementing regulatory requirements or in (quantitative) risk management.
• You accompany a savings bank or cooperative bank in making its private and corporate customer business more sustainable by analyzing the current situation and developing the strategic realignment together with the client and your project team. 
• You help an insurance company to face digital transformation and introduce new customer-centric products considering legal frameworks. 
• Do you also want to take on responsibility? Use the opportunity to help shape studies or get involved in recruiting and university marketing.

Your skills: 

• Through training/internships at a bank or insurance company as well as a dual or full-time degree, you have a solid knowledge base.
• You want to actively use your analytical skills and creative talents and apply them responsibly with the client.
• As a team player, you look forward to working in a team and great mentors who accompany you on your career path.
• Communication is the key to success. You are proficient in German and ideally English.
