Individual Customer Advisor
Your missions
- Manage, retain, and develop a portfolio of mortgage and investment clients
- Advise customers comprehensively and needs-oriented in various areas such as mortgages, investments, savings, and pension plans
- Ensure follow-up of files (management of deadlines, CRM reporting, basic documentation, etc.)
- Negotiate and argue financial conditions
- Maintain contact by organizing regular appointments with customers
- Provide information on banking services in general and promote the offers provided by the bank
Your profile
- Commercial training completed with a higher diploma (bank economist, IAF or HEG), completed or in progress
- Experience of at least 2 years in customer advisory, acquired in Switzerland
- Strong interest in finance
- Knowledge of the local market
- Native French speaker, ideally fluent in English and/or German at B2 level

- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to work in a team, open-minded, with good listening skills
