Your Tasks
- You lead a focus area according to professional, economic, and organizational principles in close interprofessional collaboration with the medical focus management.
- You support the ward managers, accompany change processes, and promote the professional development of the employees under your supervision.
- You are responsible for implementing patient- and guideline-oriented care in close intra- and interprofessional collaboration.
- As a member of the interprofessional management of adult psychiatry, you are involved in overall responsibility.
- You lead nursing and interprofessional projects or participate in them.
Your Profile
You bring the following:
- A diploma in nursing HF, FH recognized by the SRK, as well as several years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
- A nursing additional qualification at least at the Bachelor level.
- A completed management training and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- The willingness and competence to engage in different focus areas of adult psychiatry.
- A cooperative and solution-oriented working style, high quality awareness, sound understanding of processes and structures in the dynamic environment of health organizations, economic thinking and acting, and competencies for good interprofessional collaboration.
