Quality, innovation, and passion for technology are at the center of what we do. To strengthen our production, we are immediately looking for a committed leader for our locksmithing department.
Your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the entire team
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of production orders (deadlines, quality, costs) including ensuring efficient production
- Supporting the team with technical questions and complex tasks
- Responsibility for occupational safety, orderliness, and cleanliness within the team and support in continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Close collaboration with design, final assembly, as well as mechanics and work preparation
- Instruction, training, and further development of employees
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training in mechanical engineering, metal construction, or locksmithing
- Further training as a workshop manager or equivalent is an advantage, but not a must
- Several years of professional experience in metal processing and/or mechanical engineering are required, as well as initial leadership experience or strong motivation to take on responsibility
- Good organizational skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style are just as important as assertiveness, teamwork, social skills, and a high awareness of quality and safety
