About the job
- Managing accounts payable
- Reconciling and posting various bank accounts
- Responsible for invoicing
- Executing LSV and Debit Direct payment runs
- Creating and executing DTA orders
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
Deputy to the "Energy" department management:
- Handling daily business in the fuel and heating oil trade
- Recording and processing orders and price inquiries by phone or in writing
- Administration of AGROLA energy card
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in financial accounting is mandatory
- Further training (at least) as an accounting clerk
- Quick comprehension and an independent as well as reliable working style
- Confident German language skills and solid MS Office knowledge
- Experience with Infoniqa Finance is an advantage
- High service orientation as well as a team-oriented, trustworthy and committed personality
