As part of the development of our IT service, we are looking for a

ERP Application Owner at 80-100%

Your mission:

Ensure the functional management, coherence, and evolution of our ERP in connection with the business units, IT, and external partners

What awaits you:

• Ensure the proper functioning and optimal use of the ERP
• Manage the relationship with the software publisher and monitor the SLAs
• Analyze changes and manage the backlog of requests
• Collect and translate business needs into adapted solutions
• Support users (training, level 2 support)
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and access management
• Coordinate incident management and escalations

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business informatics or equivalent training
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in functional ERP management
• Good understanding of business processes (finance, purchasing, logistics, HR)
• Mastery of inter-system flows (API, interfaces, middleware)
• Knowledge in data management (quality, governance, directories)
• Ability to understand, analyze, and translate business needs
• Comfort in dynamic and constantly evolving environments
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to interact between business, IT, and partners
• Service orientation and internal customer focus
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to simplify technical topics for non-specialist interlocutors
