What can you achieve with us:
- Ensuring professional, resident- and family-centered care and support
- Responsibility as a contact person and shaping the care process involving residents and their relatives
- MDS coordination according to RAI-NH
- Participation in the development of care quality and its implementation in the living group
- Support and supervision of trainees
What do you bring:
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF and professional experience in this role
- Expertise with experience in geriatrics/psychiatry/palliative care
- RAI-NH/PC knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to participate in the implementation of quality standards
- Strong communication skills in the German language
- Competent and professional appearance
- High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
- Ability to handle complex stress situations in everyday life
