Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Taking over and organizing the entire offer process for sales, including ensuring the quality and timeliness of all internal and external contributions
• Formulating clear task packages for internal and external service providers
• Obtaining offers from suppliers and service providers in coordination with the calculation based on created specifications 
• Evaluating offers regarding completeness and goal achievement as well as forwarding to the calculation 
• Preparing, explaining, and handing over the offer documents to sales as well as supporting customer presentations on site 

Your Profile

• A completed technical or commercial degree or an equivalent qualification, such as training as a real estate agent or a degree in business administration (BWL) or civil engineering (building construction)
• Extensive technical know-how in building construction as well as ideally experience in timber construction and the ability to develop innovative and holistic solutions 
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strategic view of the market and customers
• High initiative and willingness to perform as well as the ability to recognize improvement potentials and actively contribute knowledge to the team
• Strong social skills, teamwork, and open, fair communication as well as a flexible and team-oriented working style
