Companionship and Care Assistance for Individual
Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living places available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
We are looking for a committed professional to accompany a client with cognitive and physical impairments. The team's task includes individual accompaniment on all seven days, each in early and late shifts from 07:00 to 20:00. In the medium term, the transfer of the client and the team to a newly opened small residential group is planned.
