Tasks
- Anlaufstelle für die Einführung der Schulverwaltungssoftware «Pupil».
- Erstellung von Anleitungen und Tutorials für Eltern und Schulpersonal.
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding der Eltern zur Kommunikations-App «Pupil-Connect».
Skills
- Laufendes Studium an einer Pädagogischen Hochschule oder Fachhochschule in Betriebsökonomie oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
- Stilsicheres Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich).
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere im Support.

About the job
Are you passionate about digital education? Then you are exactly right at SCHU::COM (School & Computer). We actively shape the use of digital media in Winterthur's public schools and support teachers with pedagogical and technical ICT support. From May 1, 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement for the introduction of the new school administration software «Pupil» at the public schools of the city of Winterthur and offer a 6-month internship. Look forward to diverse tasks, flexible working hours, and collaboration in a committed, agile team.Your tasks
- Contact point (SPOC) for questions related to the introduction of the new school administration software «Pupil»
- Creating instructions and tutorials for parents and school staff
- Support in onboarding parents to the new communication app «Pupil-Connect»
Your profile
- Ongoing studies at a University of Teacher Education or a university of applied sciences in business administration or business informatics
- Interest in the project «Introduction of a comprehensive software solution»
- Confident German (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills, especially in support
- Solution-oriented, team- and enthusiasm-capable, structured and independent working style
