Senior Executive Assistant (70-100%)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support and secretarial work for the head of the legal unit:
- Proactive management of the agenda, including organizing appointments at home and abroad and preparing documents;
- Independent planning and preparation of the legal unit's reporting - Organization of travel, events and preparation of expense reports, also for the Zurich team (3 people); support in managing the legal unit's invoices;
- Independent creation of various certificates, drafting letters to clients and private and public institutions in coordination with the responsible lawyers in Zurich and taking over the associated administrative tasks, especially in the area of inheritance law;
- Support in preparing presentations and communications as well as coordination within the unit;
- Participation in digitalization projects in the legal unit
REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:
- Commercial training with legal knowledge is an advantage;
- 8-10 years of professional experience, especially in the legal and banking sector;
- Dynamic, proactive, independent, precise and flexible person with very good teamwork skills;
- Organized and methodical employee with sense of responsibility
- Perfect command of German, French and English and the ability to write and communicate in all three languages;
- Proficiency in common IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and interest in new digital possibilities;
- Willingness to travel to the headquarters in Geneva once a month;
