Galderma is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Corporate Functions & Switzerland (12-month contract) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives across our Global Corporate Functions while managing HR activities for our Swiss affiliate &and headquarters. We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with a proven track record in multinational environments, who can partner with senior leadership, align HR practices with global objectives, and foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR strategies for Corporate Functions that align with global business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering expert guidance on complex business challenges.
- Oversee comprehensive HR activities in Switzerland, ensuring seamless integration of global initiatives with local regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with key corporate functions (Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, HR, Communication etc.) to ensure HR effectively support overall business needs and drive organizational performance.
- Lead proactive change management initiatives within Corporate Functions, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication at all levels.
- Develop and implement robust talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies to support ongoing business growth.
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to ensure a competitive and engaging work environment.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a workplace culture that embraces varied perspectives and drives innovation.
- Drive employee engagement and professional development initiatives, promoting continuous learning and career advancement across all levels.
- Leverage HR analytics to assess program effectiveness, inform strategic decision-making, and optimize overall workforce performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in both local and global environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing HR in complex, multinational settings, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural practices.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the aptitude to build robust relationships at all levels of the organization.
- French or German is mandatory; fluency in English is required.
