University/HES Intern in Sponsorship and Events (m/f/x)

Very active in communication and sponsorship, Vaudoise is present throughout the Swiss territory. To complete our Brand Experience & Sponsorship team, we are looking for an intern currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree for a duration of about 6 months at 100% starting from February 2026.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Provide support for the implementation of event communication activities throughout Switzerland.
• Ensure coordination with the Sales Network and internal partners regarding client invitations.
• Be present, ensure smooth running, control and monitor operations on site.
• Plan and organize sessions.
• Coordinate activities with various internal and external partners.
• Respond to various support requests received by Brand Management.
• Respect deadlines and participate in the evaluation of the results of each activity.

Your profile:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in a field related to management, communication, hospitality, or event management.
• You hold a driving license.
• You are attentive, positive, creative, and solution-oriented.
• You have a good team spirit and are comfortable with contacts.
• You have a good knowledge of office tools.
• You have perfect mastery of French and good knowledge of German (min. B2).
