Head of Controlling
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the preparation and continuous development of financial reports for bank bodies and supervisory authorities as well as the month-end processing of BI data
- Conducting complex business analyses on strategic and operational key topics
- Responsibility for profitability calculations, scenario analyses, and simulations
- Representation of controlling in bank projects and towards system providers
- Management of controlling-relevant projects
- Central contact person for questions regarding the controlling application and controlling key figures
- Ongoing development of the controlling application and controlling key figures
- Professional and personnel management of controlling as well as targeted promotion of employees
Our requirements
- Completed business studies (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school, or equivalent education)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling at a financial institution
- Very good understanding of how a bank operates and the relevant economic contexts
- Sound knowledge of business calculation and analysis methods
- Strong ability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately for the audience
- Very good knowledge of Finnova Control, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Quick comprehension as well as pronounced analytical, number-affine, and structured thinking skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate changes early
