You are a dynamic personality and enjoy making the mountain experience of our guests a culinary highlight? For our self-service restaurant at Fräkmüntegg, we are looking for a cook/chef with hosting qualities starting January 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Managing the kitchen station in daily operations, mise en place, and serving food to guests
- Preparing daily and banquet menus as well as culinary special offers (Sunday brunch, tartare hat, etc.)
- Assisting with orders and inventory control for the self-service restaurant
- Co-responsible for hygiene according to HACCP
- At least one late shift per week (including overnight stay) during the summer months
What sets you apart
- Completed training as a cook EFZ, professional experience in various kitchen stations is an advantage
- Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact
- Very good German skills and good spoken English skills
- Creativity in co-designing the menu offerings
