Your Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in the project management area (planning and construction of high-voltage switchgear)
- Ensuring the utilization of personnel, disposition of order-/project-related capacities as well as external capacities (subcontractors, temporary employment)
- Planning, control, and ensuring compliance with performance, schedule, and cost targets
- Ensuring proper and contract-compliant processing including documentation of all business transactions in the projects
- Ensuring order and project controlling
- Initiating countermeasures in case of deviations from target specifications and quality standards
- Further development of technical concepts and solutions for high-voltage switchgear
Your Competence
- Commercial or technical university degree
- Experience in managing complex projects in mechanical and plant engineering
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel for business
