Your tasks
- You manage your mandate strategically and entrepreneurially, represent the interests of the customers and Livit, and steer the mandate proactively
- You build sustainable customer relationships, advise on market and sustainability trends as well as regulatory and political issues, and develop suitable solutions together
- You bear overall responsibility for quality, deadlines, budget, and the agreed results of your mandate
- You conduct transparent and regular customer communication and ensure a trusting collaboration
- You identify cross- and upselling potentials and derive concrete measures for the further development of products and services from market and customer needs
- You work closely with internal specialist departments and optimize service processes
- You lead a Key Account Manager professionally and personally
Your profile
- You have a higher business administration education (FH, real estate trustee, EMBA, etc.)
- You have many years of professional experience in real estate management, possess very good professional skills, and have many years of experience in customer care, including acquisition
- You have the ability to manage complex customer mandates entrepreneurially, proactively, and with high quality
- You have experience in building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships as well as in proactive advising on market trends, sustainability, regulatory developments, and political frameworks
- You have pronounced negotiation strength and communicate clearly, effectively, and appropriately for the audience
- You bring high social and self-competence and are characterized by a pronounced ability for self-management
- You have a strong technological affinity and use modern digital methods to evaluate data and derive well-founded decision bases for strategic management.
