Responsibilities
- Establish, coordinate, and report on training programs as required, ensuring seamless communication with managers.
- Coordinate compliance with local training processes, ensuring accurate training assignments for department employees.
- Support managers in developing ILPs (Individual Learning Plans), verifying job descriptions, business titles, and appropriate training.
- Manage "Active training management," identifying and assigning required training items/curricula per job descriptions and business titles.
- Regularly assess and update departmental training matrices for content and applicability.
- Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, process flowcharts, and requirement documentation to reflect standard methodologies.
- Improve efficiency by driving updates to Process Control Systems (PCS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Support technology transfer activities to ensure successful process and technology transitions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain departments to align on operational goals.
- Take accountability for performance, efficiency, and delivering high-quality results.
- Embrace a customer-focused approach, addressing the needs of interested parties.
