Head of Shared Services (Finance, Human Resources and Infrastructure) & Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d)
from 2026, by arrangement
In this role, you are responsible for leading the company areas of finance, employees and infrastructure. You are also a sparring partner for the board of directors and the other executive board members.
Your tasks
- Implementation of corporate goals according to the board of directors and annual planning
- Leadership, coaching and further development of department heads
- Ensuring excellent service quality and efficient processes
- Responsibility for finance, budget control, liquidity planning and key figure management
- Further development of organization, quality, HR, infrastructure and sustainability
- Representation of the company internally and externally as well as network maintenance
Qualifications
Your profile
- Several years of leadership experience in hospitality, tourism or service
- Strong business management skills in finance, controlling and organization
- Knowledge of labor law, HR management and quality management
- High social competence, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
