The Baar Care Center is a competence center for the care and support of elderly people as well as for young adults. Together we ensure the well-being of our approximately 165 residents.
Under the aspect "outpatient before inpatient," the Baar Care Center offers supportive day care for adults with physical or cognitive impairments (including dementia developments, Parkinson's, or after a stroke). The day guests spend a pleasant day with diverse activities and are strengthened in their abilities.

Your Area of Responsibility
- You accompany and care for our day guests with the goal of giving them a day full of beautiful moments. We care for up to 25 guests per day.
- You design and supervise activation workshops tailored to the heterogeneous needs of our guests. In doing so, you integrate and strengthen the abilities of our guests.
- Where necessary, you support the day guests with activities of daily living (transfers / toilet assistance, etc.)
- Administrative tasks including care documentation as well as general preparation and follow-up work are also part of your duties.
Your Profile
- You have training as a care specialist or health specialist EFZ or activation and have experience dealing with people with dementia.
- A quick grasp, a lot of empathy, humor, and the ability to quickly build relationships with people characterize you. Designing activating and caring offers is your strength, and you gladly take on the challenge of constantly changing, heterogeneous guest needs.
- Your very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as your confident handling of IT, especially in the area of documentation, complete your profile.
