THIS IS YOU
- A completed vocational training, ideally as a retail specialist EFZ or commercial clerk EFZ. Visible in your profile.
- First experience in customer service or with complaints as well as product knowledge. That’s needed.
- An open ear for our customers in Zurich. Absolutely.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays as well. Yes, you see advantages in flexibility!
- Your environment describes you as reliable, resilient, and enthusiastic. Definitely.
- Working with various systems (such as customer databases, MS Office) and on the PC. You are used to it.
- Speaking and writing in English. Yes, for sure.
