• Comprehensive advice and support of a key client as well as existing institutional clients (mainly external asset managers (EAM) in the Zurich area) and their end clients
• Proactive, successful expansion of the EAM client base in the Zurich area
• Diligence and compliance clarifications
• Participation in client events or external specialist events
• Independent preparation and follow-up of client appointments
• Receipt and recording of stock exchange, foreign exchange, and money market orders
• Collaboration and/or leadership of cross-departmental specialist projects. Specialist projects

• Completed banking training
• Further education completed (e.g., Bachelor, professional certificates, university of applied sciences)
• Several years of experience in supporting external asset managers (EAM)
• Good expertise in corporate law
• Regionally connected
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, Avaloq experience, and SAQ certification are advantageous
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
• Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented personality with high initiative and independence
• High customer orientation and service readiness
• Polished manners, confident appearance, and very good communication skills
