Your tasks

• Project responsibility in transfer development and manufacturing for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products
• Coordination of all processes in collaboration with the customer and internal departments (laboratory, purchasing, engineering, production, QA, QC, etc.): laboratory scale trials, efficacy tests, production in GMP environment (pilot productions, validations, analytics and supply chain setup)
• Ensuring smooth project execution and preparation of relevant project documentation
• Development and preparation of calculations and offers, support and conduct of price negotiations with the customer, including project budget responsibility
• Support and active participation in contract design in the customer relationship process
• Organization and leadership of internal and external project meetings
• Building new and long-term relationships with the customer
• Identifying internal process improvements and actively participating in their adjustments

Our requirements

• Completed business administration studies with proven experience in the fields of life sciences, pharmacy or chemistry. Alternatively, completed life sciences, pharmacy or chemistry studies with proven business administration knowledge
• Experience in project management in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills as well as the talent to develop and find creative ideas and solutions
• Experience in technical development or laboratory manufacturing of pharmaceutical or cosmetic products in GMP or FDA environment is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
• Interest in technical issues
• Good knowledge in the use of ERP systems, SAP is an advantage
