In this role, you will undertake the following activities: Overall or partial project management for development projects for load cells and modules Implementation of complex customer requirements into innovative technical solution concepts as well as creation of precise detailed specifications Leading the design, calculation, and simulation of load cells in close collaboration with electronics and signal processing experts Conception, planning, and professional support of test series as well as the development of associated test setups Analysis and evaluation of test results to identify weaknesses and continuously optimize the products Development and implementation of measuring instruments and test devices to support development processes Industrialization and market launch of products in close coordination with production, assembly, and logistics Cost calculation and optimization as well as development of efficient manufacturing technologies together with internal and external partners
