The position is newly created to provide additional services in the area of hospitality and housekeeping for patients with supplementary insurance.
Tasks
- Support patients with various concerns in the area of hospitality and housekeeping
- Responsible for room service
- Recording and fulfilling spontaneous wishes of patients
- Preparation of rooms and accompaniment of admissions and discharges
- Planning and coordination of excursions
- Responsible for ordering food supplies and beverages for the center
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the center
- Contact person for nursing and hospitality team
