- The land acquisition and legal affairs office (BATJ) of the SPCH is responsible for managing the purchase and sale of land necessary for the realization of projects and works developed and conducted by the service, as well as handling legal issues related to the ownership and operation of the cantonal road network.
As a secretary, you ensure responsibility for the BATJ secretariat and take charge of drafting various types of correspondence, including agreements, requests, or reports. On a daily basis, you control the registration of payment notices, invoices, and other administrative, financial, or legal documents. In addition to the minutes you are required to take, your versatility allows you to support other service secretariats by providing substitutes or, if necessary, participating in the reception desk duty.
Holder of a commercial professional maturity, you have several years of experience in a similar position. A few years of experience in the legal field is required, and training as a legal secretary would be an advantage for this position. You complement your very good command of French and computer tools with written knowledge of German. Endowed with an excellent sense of collaboration and interpersonal skills, you demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and know how to effectively prioritize the tasks assigned to you.
