Job Description
Your Team and Your Mission
For our cross-country business unit DAT (Data, Analytics & Technology) at the headquarters in Zurich, we are looking for a committed, proactive, and reliable personality for the Management & Business Support area. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS) and the management team and act as a central interface between partners, internal departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Internal Communications), and external stakeholders.
You will not only take on classic assistant tasks but also actively support the further development of processes and structures, drive organizational topics forward, and thus make a visible contribution to the development of the business unit and the overall success of Wüest Partner.
Your Tasks
- Management Support & Administration: Proactive assistance to the CoS and several partners, managing appointments, calendars, and mailboxes including prioritization, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with administrative tasks (invoices, expenses, contracts, licenses)
- Organization: Planning and supporting workshops, internal meetings, and external events; preparing presentations, minutes, and decision templates for management meetings
- Interface & Stakeholder Management: Coordination with corporate functions (HR, Finance, Internal Communications, etc.) as well as communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Process Optimization & Project Support: Further development and optimization of internal processes and structures in collaboration with management and teams; support for projects in the areas of communication, organization, and interdisciplinary topics
- Research & Analysis: Preparing information as a decision-making basis for management
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or business administration training or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, Management)
- Initial professional experience in a support or coordination function (e.g., Management Assistant, Business Support, Project Assistance)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when dealing with different stakeholders as well as pronounced service orientation, discretion, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style with high quality standards as well as enjoyment of organization, flexibility, and teamwork
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, very good English skills; French skills are a plus
