What awaits you
We are a manageable team of currently eight members who value close collaboration, motivation, and pronounced self-reflection. We independently plan our fixed working days in consultation with the team and our clients and offer regular working hours. We are a team that operates autonomously without direct leadership in daily business. Each team member participates equally in development and project work.
What you bring
As a certified nurse, you have at least two years of experience in psychiatry. You enjoy working independently and flexibly with a reliable team in the background, are resilient, and are interested in the development of our processes as well as quality assurance. You are willing to familiarize yourself with comprehensive administration. Preferably, you have Spitex experience. You have a driver's license and your own vehicle for your assignments.

We are supported by supervisions, professional meetings, and further training. We care for our clients in psychiatric care situations individually and personally in their home environment (reference care system). We accompany the entire care process from initial contact, relationship building, evaluation to completion, including all administration. This includes needs assessment, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. In addition, we advise other teams on specialist questions. We offer attractive employment conditions based on cantonal guidelines.
